* Bright is honored by the Recorded A Cappella Recording Board on the Picks of 2015 as a Favorite Album. One reviewer selected Bright as their favorite album of the year and another listed it as their second favorite album. "Burn It Down" and "High" were both listed as runner-up for track of the year. This is the second year in a row that TAG has been honored on the Picks of the Year by rarb.org

"Stay Gold" was also picked by one reviewer as favorite song of the year and by another reviewer as runner-up for favorite song of the year. This is the first time that The A Cappella Group has ever received these honors from rarb.org.

* The group was founded during this school year after All Night Yahtzee from Florida State University visited and sang for the choirs in the Spring of 2003. The song Beautiful originally by Christina Aguilera is credited as the song that founded TAG
* After many hours of deliberations, the group is unable to come up with a creative name and resorts to calling itself The A Cappella Group. TAG is soon discovered as a marketable nickname.
* The group was selected to open for the Four Tops at Barbara B Mann Performing Arts Hall and wowed the sold out crowd, earning a rousing standing ovation.
* Spring Tour includes group exchange with The Mane Event at Leon High School in Tallahassee and opening for All Night Yahtzee at Florida State University.
