2014-2015

*  The group's seventh album, Stay Gold, is released in September.

*  Stay Gold is honored by the Recorded A Cappella Recording Board on the Picks of 2014 as a Favorite Album.  Two reviewers selected Stay Gold as their favorite album of the year.  "Stay Gold" was also picked by one reviewer as favorite song of the year and by another reviewer as runner-up for favorite song of the year.  This is the first time that The A Cappella Group has ever received these honors from rarb.org.

*  The group hosts professional a cappella group Overboard in concert.

*  2015  Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards.
        Best Scholastic Original Song "Stay Gold" by Gabrielle Macafee
        Best High School Song - "Stay Gold"
        Best High School Solo - Quinton Thomas for "Baby, I'm For Real"

*  Group appears as featured performers in the first National A Cappella Convention in Memphis, Tennessee

*  Group records their eighth album, Bright, in May.

 

 

2013-2014

*  The group's sixth album, Sunny Days, is released in October.

*  The group attends SoJam A Cappella Festival in Raleigh, North Carolina

*  "American Boy" is selected to appear on the 2014 Voices Only compilation, becoming the first high school group selected for Voices Only

*  2014  Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards.

        Best High School Song - "American Boy"
        Best High School Solo - Quinton Thomas for "Baby, I'm For Real"

*  The group's fifth album, TAG This, is released in September.

*  The group hosts Overboard professional a cappella group in concert

*  "Brighter Than the Sun" is selected to appear on the 2012-2013 BOHSA (Best of High School A Cappella) Compilation CD  

*  2013 Contemporary A Cappella Recording Association (CARA) Nominations.

        Best High School Solo - Quinton Thomas for "A Change Is Gonna Come"

*  International Championship of High School A Cappella – South Semifinal

*  Group performs their first original song, "The Battle," written by junior Gabrielle Macafee

*  Group records their sixth album, Sunny Days, in May.

2011-2012

*  The group's fourth album, Matching Voices, is released in September. 

*  The group opens for m-pact at the Sydney & Berne Davis Arts Center 

*  2012 Contemporary A Cappella Recording Award (CARA) Nominations  
      Best High School Album - Matching Voices
      Best High School Solo - Nyachombanyathiira Muchai-Kinya for "New Soul" 

*  International Championship of High School A Cappella – South Semifinal
      1st Runner-up  
      Best Solo Award - Quinton Thomas for "A Change Is Gonna Come"

*  Spring Tour included concerts with Manatee High School, Palm Beach Harbor University High School and Chamberlain High School

2010-2011

*  The group's third album, High Tide, is released in September.

*  The group is invited to perform for a General Session at the Florida Music Educator's Conference. TAG earns a standing ovation from 1,000 music educators.

*  2011 Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards
         Best High School Solo - Taylor Nave for "Many The Miles"

*  2011 Contemporary A Cappella Recording Association (CARA) Nominations.
         Best High School Album-  High Tide
         Best High School Song - "Everything I'm Not"
         Best High School Solo - Taylor Nave for "Many The Miles"

*  "Many The Miles" is selected to appear on the 2010-2011 Best Of High School A Cappella Compiliation CD

*  The group records their fourth album, Matching Voices, in May.

2009-2010

* Spring Tour included concerts with Palm Beach Harbor University High School, George Jenkens High School and Boone High School

* Recorded the group's third album, High Tide.  The album was recorded by Liquid 5th Productions.

2008-2009

* 2009 Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards (CARA) Nominations
      Best High School Album - Long Overdue
      Best High School Song - Karmastition
      Best High School Solo - Katie Campbell for "Hands"

* Hosted the International Championship of High School A Cappella -  South Semifinal
      2nd Runner-up
     Best Vocal Percussion - Paul Gavin

2007-2008

* "Hands" is selected to be included on the 2008 Best of High School A Cappella CD

*  International Championship of High School A Cappella - South Semifinal
       1st Runner-up
       Best Vocal Percussion Award - Blake Shelton
       Best Solo Award - Brittany Gibson for "My Give A Damn's Busted"

* Second Album, Long Overdue, is released in April

2006-2007

 *  International Championship of High School A Cappella – South Semifinal
      1st Place - South Champions
      Best Choreography Award

*  International Championship of High School A Cappella - National Finals at Lincoln Center -  
       3rd Place in the Nation

*  Recorded five more songs for album that would be titled Long Overdue.  Recording done at Studio Sea.

2005-2006   

* Debut album TAG - We're It! is released in October  

* "Bring Me To Life" is selected to be included on the 2006 Best of High School A Cappella CD  

* 2006 Contemporary A Cappella Recording Award (CARA) Nominations

2003-2004

* The group was founded during this school year.


* The group was selected to open for the Four Tops at Barbara B Mann Performing Arts Hall.

TAG will start off Halloween with an appearance on the Big Mama and the Wild Bunch show on B103.9 Tune in at 7:00 am to check them out.

Choir Bash 2017

The annual Choir Bash will take place on Friday, August 18th.  This is a mandatory event for all students in Intermezzo and Cypress Chorale.  There will be food, games, bonding and singing as we kick the year off right.  Check the calendar for more details, but mark your calendar.
