Cypress Lake Vocal Department

Round two auditions are for those students who passed both tests in round one and consists of the knowledge of music and vocal quality tests. Students must prepare the all-state music and sing it with two other students that sing their same vocal part. Students are judged on their knowledge of the music and also given a vocal quality score. This score is then added to the theory score and sight singing scores. The highest scoring students from our district will then earn spots in the All-State Choir. For more details about the audition, see the Choir Handbook.
